1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or over to enter the Harrow Giving Lottery. Entrants must be resident in Great Britain at the time of entry. We may carry out age and identity verification checks and may withhold prizes where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
One account is permitted per person. Employees and trustees directly involved in running the lottery may be restricted from entering.
2. How to enter
Entries are made online by selecting the number of lines you wish to play and setting up a recurring or one-off payment. Each line is allocated a unique set of numbers, which are confirmed to you by email. Entries are only valid once payment has been successfully received.
3. Draws and prizes
Draws take place weekly. Winning numbers are determined using an independent random number generator. Prize tiers and amounts are as published on the website and may change from time to time.
Where a jackpot is not won, it may roll over to subsequent draws up to a published cap. Prizes are paid to the registered entrant using the details held on their account.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Payments may be made by Direct Debit or debit card via our regulated payment provider. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available; entries associated with failed payments will not be included in the relevant draw.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You may pause, amend or cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect from the next scheduled payment. Refunds are made at our discretion and in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. Data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. By entering, you consent to such processing for the administration of the lottery and payment of prizes.
7. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us using the details on our Contact page. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) as our alternative dispute resolution provider.
8. Licensing
The Harrow Giving Lottery is promoted by Harrow Together (registered charity no. 1167770) and is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission (licence number: [XXXXXX]). The lottery is managed by an External Lottery Manager: [Name] (account number [XXXX]).
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your participation in the lottery, including losses caused by technical faults, payment failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and significant changes will be communicated to active players where appropriate.
